  • Postcode and number of apartments in the development.

  • Status as a director of the management company in the development.

This information is required for us to contact you with relevant information about the services we provide. At the point of collecting this information, we will inform you of how your information will be used.

How we get the personal information and why we have it

All of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for the purposes of providing you with information on the property management services we provide.

We do not receive or gather any personal information indirectly.

Information provided to ALLRES Ltd for the purposes of requesting further information on the property management services we provide will only be used by ALLRES Ltd. It will not be shared with any third-parties.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

We keep personal information for a maximum of 24 months. We will then dispose your information by automatically deleting it from live and backup databases.
